One of our guests’ favorite type of accommodation, the bungalows, nestled in a lush green landscape right on the sea front with uninterrupted views of the entire bay and the island of Ammouliani have undergone a majow renovation.
During their recent renovation, the renowned French interior designer Fabienne Spahn, sought to bring them closer to nature and their environment by selecting an intense earth color for the walls of the rooms. This color softened the bright light of the site and created a soothing atmosphere. The intent was to avoid disruptions of colors and spaces. Thus, the bathrooms have remained open, allowing free movement of color in respect to the unity of tones, with some stronger decorative elements in black tones to create contrasts. The choice of color is particularly well supported by the irregular yet smooth texture of the walls that have been treated with a waxed finish. The irregular texture catches the light and shadows of the shutters. In the bathrooms, light wood details blend harmonically with the smooth wall texture which is appropriate for wet rooms.
The overall result gives a sense of calm and chic atmosphere, with a touch of bohemian spirit, perfect for holidays.
