Mail Services
Once we are informed and authorized by you, incoming mail will be delivered directly to your room. Stamps are available at the Front Desk and we would be happy to mail letters and postcards, as well as make arrangements to ship out documents and parcels for you.
Faxing, Printing & Scanning
Our Front Desk will be more than happy to assist you with fax, printing and scanning services with discretion and accuracy.
Banks & ATMs
The nearest bank can be found in Ierissos. You can find an ATM near the lobby area of Eagles Palace.
Doctor
An Eagles Resort doctor is available for you on 24-hour call with extra charge. The doctor’s office is located near the Eagles Palace lobby area and fees are settled directly with the doctor.
Main Power Switch
The main power switch is located near the entrance. Please remember to turn the switch on, so you can have power into your room.
A/C System
Your A/C device is a central cooling system. In order for it to work you need to keep your balcony door closed, otherwise it will stop automatically. The temperature is preset to 23οC and you can manually adjust temperature.
Laundry Bag & List
A laundry list and laundry bag are available in your bedroom’s closet. Please fill in the laundry list and contact the Front Desk, once you are ready to have your laundry picked up.
Mini Bar
Your mini bar is refilled daily and a copy of the charged items is left in your room. For a tailor-made refill or any special requests please contact the Front Desk.
Nespresso Machine
Espresso capsules are complimentary. To use your Nespresso machine please:
Be aware that the temperature of the water is quite high, so please keep children at a safe distance while it operates.
Safety Deposit Box
We suggest that all private documents and valuables are kept in the safe box found in your room’s closet. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or valuables, which are not kept inside the safe boxes. Upon departure please ensure that the safe box in your
room is empty and unlocked.
Bluetooth speaker
All rooms are equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, which is for your personal entertainment during your stay with us. Should you wish to take it with you upon departure, please note that, a charge of 200€ will apply to your room account.
Toilet Bin
Please do not flush papers or sanitary products in the toilet, as the sewer system is not designed to handle them and may result in serious malfunctions. Kindly use the bin provided.
No Smoking
As smoking indoors is prohibited by Greek law, we are a completely non-smoking establishment, so all of our rooms and public areas are designated as non-smoking. Should we have reason to believe that you have been smoking in your room, a fee of 200€ will automatically
be charged into your account to cover the expenses of cleaning the curtains, bedding, pillows and carpets.
Cleaning & Turn-down Service
Your room is cleaned every day between 09:00-17:00 and turn-down service runs between 17:00-21:00. If you have a specific preference regarding the service times please do not hesitate to inform the Front Desk. Please do not forget to remove the “Do not Disturb” sign from your door, so we are able to proceed with the service and avoid the “Sorry we missed you” note under your door.
Your bed sheets are changed every 2 days. In case you wish to customize this service, please inform our housekeeping department by leaving the “Linen Change” card on your bed.
Please place your towels in the shower or bathtub if you wish to have them replaced with fresh ones. If you wish to reuse them please leave them anywhere else in your room.

Melathron offers buffet breakfast and dinner for Eagles Palace guests. It is ideal for families and for a relaxed dining experience. Featuring different options every night, guests are able to try flavors from all over the world.
