Spa Center and Massage Etiquette
 
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment and take the time to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire.
  • We request a minimum of 4 hours cancellation notice for a single treatment or 24 hours advance notice for Spa Rituals. Should we not be notified, the selected service or treatment will be charged at 100%. Being late for your appointment may shorten the duration of your treatment.
  • You will be given a bathrobe, towels and slippers in the Spa.
  • Please remove all jewelry and clothing, leaving on your undergarments (for some of the treatments you will be provided with disposable undergarments by your therapist).
  • Please make sure that your valuables are kept in your locker (the hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of any personal possessions).
  • During treatments, please inform your therapist if you're comfortable, if too warm or too cold, or if the applied pressure is too light or too firm.
  • Your comfort and care is of our greatest concern.
  • If you have a particular injury or physical condition, please explain this to the therapist. We will then suggest appropriate adjustments to the treatment for your comfort and health enhancement).
  • Our therapists will avoid conversation during your treatment to enhance your total relaxation.
  • The use of mobile phones is not permitted in the Spa.
  • Smoking is prohibited and children and teenagers under 18 years of age are not admitted in our Spa.
